Salary Range:

 $30.00 To $33.00

Hourly Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee and help manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable process
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, 1099 reporting, and expense management (T&E).
• Perform complex reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support audit activities.
• Work with the Epicor accounting system to manage accounting processes.
• Manage and process client billing, track outstanding invoices, and ensure timely collections and cash application
• Oversee multi-entity aging reports for accuracy, including related party transactions
• Generate comprehensive financial reports and statements, including detailed cash flow and Accounts receivable KPIs.
• Support month-end close processes, cash management, and financial reporting
• Utilize Excel to organize and analyze financial data.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for proper invoices and cash application.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in AP/AR, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using the Epicor Kinetic accounting system.
• Experience with managing accounts receivable and accounts payable process
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes.
• Experience with managing multiple entities.
• Proficiency in using Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting principles and regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred

Accounting Specialist Clerical Hesperia, CA, US Salary Range:

Hourly Responsibilities:

Ensures the execution of Account Receivable activities including but not limited to the receipt and posting of customer payments; adjustment requests submitted by customers, COD payment remittance to customers; and the preparation of account statements. Account reconciliation Research and resolve invoice disputes and other billing inquiries from customers Investigate and resolve customer queries Maintain and update customer records and contacts Identify and collaborate on solutions for billing and AR process deficiencies Create, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting Work cross-functionally with sales and operations as needed Assist with payment application and research as needed Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customers regarding bills Perform special projects as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements/Qualifications Proven experience as accounts receivable or billing clerk; or general accounting experience Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g., Epicor) is a plus Excellent math ability Good organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow company policies and work cooperatively with others Ability to build and maintain good working relationships Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Plan and organize work efficiently to meet schedules and changing deadlines Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems Education High School Diploma / GED required Physical Requirements Job requires the following motions: sitting, standing, bending, squatting, lifting, stretching, twisting, and pushing/pulling Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds

$20.00 To $23.00 Hourly Position Summary The Operations & Sales Support Floater plays a versatile and critical role in supporting both yard operations and the inside sales team at Endura Steel. This position flexes based on business demand — assisting with material handling, shipping, and yard organization on some days, while supporting customer service, quoting, and administrative sales functions on others. Yard & Operations Responsibilities Load, unload, and move steel materials using forklifts and material-handling equipment. Pull, stage, band, and secure customer orders accurately. Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying material specifications. Maintain organized yard layout and proper inventory storage. Support shipping and delivery operations. Inspect equipment daily and report safety concerns. Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties. Assist customers and drivers with locating and loading materials.
