$60,000 per year Full-Time - On site Benefits - Growth Advancement The Staff Accountant will apply accounting principles to analyze financial information, maintain accurate records, and prepare financial reports. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting month-end closing activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries for general ledger accounts and document business transactions Perform month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts Review, investigate, and correct errors or inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports Conduct budget reconciliation analysis Monitor compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal company procedures Assist with payroll processing through ADP Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this role successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
