Full Job Description Property Accountant:

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting for industrial and/or office properties Serve as primary liaison with regional Property Management teams Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform financial analysis Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, including accruals, lead schedules, and variance analysis Support joint venture reporting requirements Assist with quarterly reforecasts and annual CAM reconciliations Contribute to audit preparation, including schedules and supporting documentation Maintain tenant ledgers and review bank reconciliations Process accounts payable Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
