About Us Atlantic OK LLC. is a fast-growing technology company focused on AI data center technology services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our daily accounting operations and financial reporting. Responsibilities Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing. Prepare supporting schedules and accounting reports. Maintain expense records and employee reimbursements. Assist with intercompany transactions and related-party accounts. Support external accountants and auditors during audits and tax filings. Organize and maintain accounting documents and records. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-3 years of accounting experience. Familiarity with U.S. accounting principles and bookkeeping practices. Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
