We are committed to delivering innovative products while building a strong operational and financial foundation. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your accounting career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. What You'll Do As a Staff Accountant, you will support daily accounting operations and help ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger Perform monthly account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Support preparation of financial statements and management reports Assist with external audits and provide supporting documentation Help maintain accurate accounting records and internal controls Support budgeting, financial analysis, and process improvements Assist with AP, AR, and inventory-related accounting as needed Perform other accounting duties assigned by management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2-5 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations Advanced Excel skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:
