Full Job Description Position Title :
Accounting Associate Responsibilities :
Bookkeeping and general accounting tasks Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) management Cash management and treasury support Bank deposits, payments, and bank reconciliation Month-end closing support Revenue and cost accounting related to warehouse operations Accounting support for inventory storage, inbound / outbound transportation, and customer billing Financial reporting and internal documentation support Communication with Korea headquarters, customers, vendors, and service providers Support for warehouse-related accounting and operational coordination Assist with HR / administrative functions as needed (employee onboarding, personnel documentation, office administration, etc.)
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Accounting major strongly preferred 3+ years of accounting experience preferred Prior accounting experience in logistics / freight forwarding / warehouse / 3PL industry is highly preferred Experience handling warehouse-related accounting, billing, revenue / expense management strongly
Preferred Qualfications :
Bilingual Korean / English preferred Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment Must be legally authorized to work in the
