Responsibilities:
Review and confirm expense ledger and prepare monthly closing preparation Manage the Company employee expense reimbursement and credit card Review fixed asset schedule and depreciation expense monthly Review prepaid expense schedule and expense monthly Prepare and process journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end close Manage reviewing/auditing responses and documentation in all aspects Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheet, profit/loss statement, and other reports Prepare including but not limited to annual financial statement, and internal quarterly F/S Conduct special projects as well as completing any additional duties provided by the supervisor Develop and enforce proper accounting practices within the department and the company Closely work with other departments and provide guidance based on accounting principles
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in accounting or related field 0 - 3 years of accounting experience; entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered Demonstrate solid understanding of accounting practices and controls Strong analytical skills are required, as is the ability to conduct in-depth research, evaluate problems, and recommend viable solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to relay technical accounting information to non-technical people: bilingual in Korean and English desired Multi-state tax experience desired Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required Attention to detail and accuracy a must Proven analytical and strategic skills Excellent organization and communication skills Proficient presentation skills Ability to work in groups Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge Excellent organizational and time management skills: self-management required. CPA or EA preferred but not required The base salary range for this role is between $54,500 - $64,500 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
