Responsibilities Essential Job Duties Will Include (but not limited to): Month-end and quarter-end close Flux/variance analysis Prepaid insurance reconciliation and amortization Compensation liability tracking, accruals, waterfall modeling and reconciliation Short-term liability accrual and reconciliation Payroll journals and accruals Research and study accruals Equity transactions Ad hoc requests Qualifications Bachelor's degree or greater with accounting or finance focus 3+ years accounting experience CPA preferred Advanced knowledge of professional accounting software (Great Plains & QuickBooks preferred) Solid business experience and strategic knowledge Skilled in Microsoft Suite Highly skilled in bookkeeping Excellent financial and analytical abilities Outstanding written and oral communication skills Power BI experience a plus Must be located close enough to Aliso Viejo, CA to work onsite 3 days per week. Min USD $105,000.00/Yr. Max USD $115,000.00/Yr.
