Full Job Description Senior Accountant Location:
Laguna Niguel, CA (100% Onsite)
Pay:
$90,000-$100,000 annually bonus
Duration:
Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and optimization of e-payables and electronic billing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Streamline and maintain the chart of accounts to support accurate financial reporting and operational effectiveness. Oversee vendor insurance compliance, documentation tracking, and related accounting records. Support special projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives while assisting with ongoing accounting functions. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with construction accounting experience required. Prior experience working with e-payables systems and electronic billing processes. Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; equivalent construction accounting experience will be considered. Experience with QuickBooks preferred; AppFolio experience is a plus.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
