full-time Robert Half is partnering with a reputable and growing organization in the Torrance area seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to take on increased responsibility and play a key role in the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity Lead month-end and year-end close processes Analyze financial data and variances, providing insights to management Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls Mentor junior accounting staff as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) CPA or CPA-track is a plus Why This Opportunity?
