$70,000•$85,000 per year Job Details•We are seeking a Construction Project Accountant to support residential construction, repair, and home services work through accurate project billing, vendor invoice processing, expense tracking, and job cost reporting. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices, project service invoices, and expense reports for accuracy and timely accounting handoff. Track project costs, estimates, approvals, materials, and service records across active repair and construction work. Coordinate with project services teams, vendors, field managers, and accounting to keep job files current. Maintain accurate Asana task updates related to invoices, estimates, approvals, expenses, and project documentation. Assist with preparing client-facing estimates, agreements, contracts, and billing documentation as needed. Support weekly reporting, project updates, and internal meetings with accurate financial and task status information. Identify discrepancies in invoices, expenses, vendor charges, and project documentation before submission. Help ensure deadlines, billing milestones, and project closeout items are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications Prior accounting, bookkeeping, or project accounting experience in construction, home services, or related industries. Strong understanding of invoices, expense reports, estimates, vendor payments, and job cost tracking. Experience working with project management or task management systems, Asana experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume administrative and accounting workflows. Ability to communicate clearly with vendors, internal teams, field staff, and clients. Comfortable supporting multiple active projects, deadlines, invoices, and documentation requests at once. Basic construction industry or residential services experience preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
