About Arc Games Inc. Arc Games, Inc. is a video game publisher based in the Bay Area, with titles including Star Trek Online, Neverwinter, and Perfect World International. We work closely with our development studio partners to bring beloved game worlds to players around the globe, operating across multiple international entities and jurisdictions. Responsibilities & Job Duties Perform Accounts payable function for multiple entities, including but not limited to review, verify, and process and split vendor invoices into different projects accurately and timely. Match receipts and invoices to get approval from department head in the accounting system and maintain internal control. Prepare and process weekly payments runs, including checks, ACH and wire transfers. Maintain accurate vendor master data and support documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and internal inquiries, resolving discrepancies and payment issues. Maintain organized documentation and assist with audit readiness and monthly close activities, including but not limited to AP accruals and account reconciliations. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and accounting procedures. Review and audit employee expense reports and personal expense claims for policy compliance, accuracy, proper approvals, and supporting documentation. Process employee reimbursements and ensure timely payment of approved expenses. Prepare 1099 forms and filings in a timely manner. Perform tax payment for business tax, B&O tax, and sales tax. Assist with payroll accounting entries upload and account reconciliation. Requirements Associate's degree in accounting, Bachelor's preferred, and 2+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience - or equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Ability to multi-task Open to change and willing to learn new skills Ability to follow up on pending issues Ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, NetSuite and Bill experience preferred but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented Compensation The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Final offer will be based on a range of factors including relevant experience and skills. This range reflects base salary only; total compensation may also include equity and benefits.
