Compensation:
$73,000 - $78,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Prepare daily/monthly transaction journal entries, A/P, and general ledger Prepare G/L control Prepare all financial statements Prepare all worksheets for financial statements Prepare CPA and HQ annual audit information Prepare management meeting templates Cash management - retrieve reports, deposit checks, input ACH debit, outgoing wires, and upload A/P information Prepare daily/monthly bank reconciliation Data entry into the loan service system Generate billing statements and payoff statements Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study At least 5 years of accounting-related work experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Must possess problem-solving and time-management skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills About Company Grand Pacific Financing Corp. is an established, well-capitalized direct lender nationwide.
