This role is ideal for someone with experience in accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting who wants to contribute to meaningful work. Key Responsibilities Post cash receipts, donations, and ACH payments to the general ledger Perform bank and accounts receivable reconciliations Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections follow-up Prepare weekly/monthly donation and revenue reports Maintain W-9s and insurance documentation, including COIs Support corporate credit card administration and employee inquiries Provide backup for accounts payable as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting or AR experience (nonprofit a plus) Strong skills in reconciliations, GL accounting, and Excel Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Why Apply Impact-driven nonprofit environment Collaborative team Competitive pay and growth opportunity Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
