Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies to support clean month-end reporting.
- Assist with corporate tax activities, including gathering documentation and supporting return preparation.
- Review and process sales tax information to help ensure compliance with applicable filing requirements.
- Maintain accounting schedules, supporting documentation, and audit-ready records for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting accuracy.
- Support periodic close activities by verifying balances, tracking adjustments, and documenting account activity.
