Senior Financial Accountant

As we expand our footprint and scale operations, we are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to lead the finance and accounting functions for our dynamic and fast-growing organization

Role Overview:

The Senior Financial Accountant will oversee the company's financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making. This position is critical in establishing strong internal controls, driving financial process improvements, and aligning finance operations with Agile Robots' strategic vision. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, bridging technology and finance in a cutting-edge robotics environment

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial close processes Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with

U.S. GAAP

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business growth Develop and maintain cost accounting systems that reflect the complexities of robotics manufacturing and R&D Implement and maintain robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements Coordinate external audits and tax filings with advisors Drive finance system improvements and automation initiatives Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and financial risk mitigation Support cross-functional projects and provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management roles, preferably within technology, manufacturing, or robotics industries Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems and financial software implementations Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing finance teams Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment Experience in compliance, internal controls, and audit coordination Familiarity with R&D accounting, project cost tracking, and capex management is a plus Benefits Why Join?
