This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CFO and develop into a key member of the leadership team. The successful candidate will receive mentorship and progressively assume greater responsibilities with the long-term goal of growing into a senior finance and management role. What You'll Do As a key member of the accounting team, you will support multiple business entities and play an integral role in the financial operations of the company, including: Construction progress billings and contract administration Job costing and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting Project billing, lien releases, and contract tracking Accounts payable and accounts receivable oversight Month-end close and financial reporting Union reporting and insurance administration Maintain project status reports and financial spreadsheets Support multiple business entities across construction, maintenance, and related operations Participate in management meetings and assist with business planning Collaborate with project managers and operations leadership As you grow in the role, you'll gain exposure to budgeting, operational management, and strategic decision-making while preparing for increased leadership responsibilities.
