Job Description
Senior Accountant Are you an accounting professional who enjoys owning the numbers and making an impact? We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and analysis. What You'll Do Manage month-end soft close and final close processes Prepare journal entries, AP accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Reconcile bank accounts, fixed assets, inventory, and revenue Prepare financial statements, ROI/ROA analysis, and cash reports Assist with budgeting, audits, and 1099 reporting Perform cost analysis and daily billing activities Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of accounting experience Strong experience with financial reporting, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Experience with MAS 500 Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
