- Prepare and maintain grant-related financial records and reconciliations.
- Monitor grant expenditures to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Assist with financial reporting for federal, state, and private grants.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Prepare audit schedules and documentation related to grant funding.
- Collaborate with program and finance teams to track budgets and grant activity. Qualifications for the Accountant (Grant Accounting):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Accounting experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Experience with grant accounting, fund accounting, or restricted funding preferred.
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
