  • Prepare and maintain grant-related financial records and reconciliations.
  • Monitor grant expenditures to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
  • Assist with financial reporting for federal, state, and private grants.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Prepare audit schedules and documentation related to grant funding.
  • Collaborate with program and finance teams to track budgets and grant activity. Qualifications for the Accountant (Grant Accounting):
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Accounting experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
  • Experience with grant accounting, fund accounting, or restricted funding preferred.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
