About Our Client Our client is a rapidly expanding industrial business experiencing significant growth. The organization operates with a flat structure where employees function as individual contributors, offering visibility, accountability, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact. Job Description Process Accounts Receivable transactions Support invoicing activities and cash application Manage Accounts Payable processing and vendor payments Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records Enter and maintain financial data within ERP systems Assist with month-end accounting tasks Identify and recommend accounting process improvements Ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures Support knowledge transfer and implementation of best practices MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Required:
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training Experience processing invoices, payments, and customer receipts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment Ability to quickly learn company processes and contribute immediately
Highly Preferred:
Oracle NetSuite experience Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments Ability to recommend and implement accounting best practices Experience supporting a lean accounting team What's on Offer Temp-to-perm opportunity Immediate start opportunity Stable daytime schedule (approximately 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Opportunity to help build accounting processes during a high-growth phase Direct exposure to leadership within a lean organization 40 hour work week; onsite work opportunity
