Job Summary:

Arlon is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Cost Analyst to join our Finance team. This position plays an important role in supporting manufacturing accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, has strong analytical skills, and is interested in building a long-term career within a global manufacturing company. 【 Key Responsibilities 】 Lead and maintain manufacturing cost accounting activities, including standard cost updates, inventory valuation, BOM review, and cost roll processes. Analyze production costs, material usage, labor expenses, manufacturing overhead, and cost variances to support operational and financial decision-making. Collaborate closely with Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to improve costing accuracy and strengthen internal controls. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting efficiency. 【Qualifications】 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. CPA certification is a plus.
