Coordinate Independent Cost Estimates (ICE) for upcoming contracts and perform bid analyses to evaluate proposals against baseline estimates.
Lead bi-weekly capital project reviews with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to assess ongoing performance and conduct cost analyses.
Organize and direct the preparation of annual budgets, tracking allocations and administering federal and state grant funding eligibility, scope, and timely use.
Maintain audit-ready project records by continuously updating funding databases and reconciling conflicting project data from sponsors.
