You have a natural ability to navigate technology while developing and maintaining in-person relationships. You demonstrate curiosity by asking hard questions and use your technical skills to propose solutions to client problems. What you'll be doing: Build relationships with clients from various industries as you provide leading-edge accounting and consulting services. Provide accounting services to internal and external clients in both tax and assurance. Collaborate with a talented group of colleagues, applying technical skills across a range of projects and client opportunities. Work towards team goals and client deliverables, as you partner with the project manager to work within project scope and exceed expectations. Identify trends and patterns in client information and financials, recognizing potential problems and bringing them to the supervisor's attention. What you'll need for this position:
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting (or related field).
GPA:
Must be 3.0 or higher in major and overall.
Hours:
Available to work an average of 2,300 hours annually, which accounts for overtime during the ebbs and flows of busy season.
Location:
 Fully in office.
Travel:
Varies by group and location. Expect 10-15% overnight travel throughout the year as a new associate.

Compensation:
In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,000 to $68,000.
