Full Job Description Accountant Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to support daily finance and accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and ERP systems. This position requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple accounting functions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable cash receipts Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations Maintain and reconcile intercompany transactions Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare financial reports, cost analyses, and journal entries Review and process employee expense reports Support inventory counts and sales tax filings Assist with audits, ad-hoc reporting, and process documentation Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Minimum 5 years of accounting experience required Manufacturing industry experience required Strong experience with: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Financial Reporting Budgeting Cash Flow Analysis Bank Reconciliations ERP Systems Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Work Environment Standard office environment Occasional travel between company sites may be required Overtime may be required based on business needs Benefits Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off
