Full Job Description Position Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our expanding finance/accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about scaling accounting operations in a growing organization. You will play a key role in driving timely and accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting audit readiness, with a primary focus on month-end close and technical accounting execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform timely month-end and year-end financial close process, including but not limited to recording accruals, performing account reconciliations, and overall maintenance of general ledger. Prepare and submit regulatory filings including sales tax, business licenses and other filings as requested. Collaborate with CPA to prepare annual tax returns and other departments such as Accounts Payable and Receivable to accomplish key financial functions. Support accounting management with information requests from both internal and external parties. Work with the various accounting departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits. Execute internal controls to ensure checks and balances. Produce timely and accurate reporting as requested to improve data-based decision making. Ensure compliance with GAAP.

Job Qualifications:

3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting and/or a high-growth environment. CPA license required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required. Experience supporting month-end close and general ledger accounting. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting concepts. Experience with accounting systems, NetSuite and Ramp preferred.
