Proficient in QuickBook Bachelor's degree from a US accredited school in Accounting or relevant field is required (2 years direct AR experience in USA with associate degree ok) 1-2 years AR experience highly preferred Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Proficient in Excel, Word, and business Emails Detail oriented and good work attitude Excellent communication skills and professional manner Accountable for the work delivery, and maintain high accuracy and quality Experience in enterprise level bookkeeping systems such as Sage 100 and QuickBooks is a plus Experience with governmental accounting practices
Responsibilities:
 Record maintenance: Maintaining general ledgers, accounts payable files, and other financial records, such as check the accuracy of business transactions Perform data entry and administrative duties Provide other miscellaneous office clerical support
Budgeting:
Conduct cash flow analysis and forecasting Handle governmental accounting procedures Perform in-depth financial analysis to officers Prepare reports for managers Fundamental knowledge of
GAAP Systems:
Installing or advising on systems for recording financial and budgetary data
Preferred Skills:
Chinese/Mandarin language skills are strongly preferred.
