We are seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, compliance, and business performance analysis. This position offers the opportunity to partner with leadership and influence strategic financial decisions while supporting a growing organization. What You'll Do Lead month-end and year-end close activities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis initiatives Monitor operational KPIs and profitability metrics Manage fixed asset accounting throughout the asset lifecycle Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance Improve accounting processes, reporting automation, and internal controls Reconcile accounting data across multiple systems, including QuickBooks Online What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, financial modeling) Experience with financial reporting and month-end close Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting controls Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
