Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for the annual budget preparation, monthly budget tracking, and performance reporting for the US company, ensuring overall budget合理性 and effective cost control across US operations. Coordinate with the China finance team on US bank-related offline operations, including check issuance and tracking; manage corporate credit card usage across US departments, reconcile statements, and review supporting documents; ensure timely submission of credit card settlements, expense reimbursement requests, and related workflows. Oversee the registration, dissolution, and annual compliance filings for the US entity; handle daily invoicing, resale certificate processing, and sales tax returns; manage communications with US tax authorities and the Secretary of State's office. Improve and streamline US finance-related processes; review and approve departmental expense reports and payment requests to ensure timely processing, completeness, accuracy, and authenticity of all supporting documentation. Maintain proper filing and archiving of all US finance-related documentation and original supporting records. Facilitate communication and coordination between the China and US teams, and support cross-departmental finance-related matters as needed in collaboration with the China finance team. Provide support for HR and administrative tasks, including payroll, insurance, rent, utilities, office cleaning, team-building activities, and afternoon tea events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, or a related field. Intermediate accountant certification or CPA is preferred. Holders of a US work visa are preferred; must be willing to work long-term in the US and be fluent in both Chinese and English. At least 2 years of US finance-related work experience, with strong communication and coordination skills. Experience in cross-border e-commerce finance is a plus. Familiarity with both Chinese GAAP and US GAAP, as well as knowledge of US company annual compliance and audit procedures.
