Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain general ledger journal entries and account reconciliations.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, prepaid expenses, and balance sheet accounts.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed.
Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.
Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
Track accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
Participate in ERP implementations, system upgrades, and process improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Collaborate with accounting leadership and cross-functional departments to support business objectives.
