Job Overview Groskopf Warehouse & Logistics has an open position for an individual with strong accounting skills. We are seeking a candidate with experience in all aspects of accounting, including but not limited to AR, AP, and GL functions. Candidate will be responsible for monthly billing, posting customer payments and collection of past due accounts. Responsibilities

• Billing customer revenue & excise taxes
• Setting up new customers
• Responding to customer account inquiries
• Booking customer payments, monitoring cash flow
• Spearheading customer collections efforts
• Assisting Controller with month end closing entries
• Cross training in other Accounting Departmental functions Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficient with Excel, familiar with AMS Software
• Organization, attention to detail, excellent communications skills
• Strong math and analytical skills Ability to perform detailed data entry with high degree of accuracy

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
