Responsibilities and Job Description :
Accounting Coordination
  • Prepares, examines, and analyzes accounting records—including AP/AR documents, financial statements, and other financial reports—to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards and internal procedures.
  • Handles monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepares cash flow reports and identifies/evaluates variances.
  • Maintains and supports cash management accounts and other bank accounts.
  • Communicates with internal and external parties involved in financial transactions and assists with negotiations as needed.
  • Prepares and maintains tax documentation and related records in compliance with applicable U.S. tax laws.
  • Supports quarterly reviews and year-end financial audits.
  • Assists management with annual, quarterly, and monthly expense budgeting.
  • Supports internal audits related to collections.
  • Assists with filing and payment of state sales tax, property tax, corporate tax, etc., in collaboration with external tax accountants.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant systems and accounting standards, including GAAP and IRS regulations.
  • Prepares forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping staff and provides direction for their work activities.
  • Prepares and maintains detailed schedules of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
  • Supports the calculation of final inventory value at the end of each accounting period. Other Responsibilities
  • Continuously seeks improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in work processes.
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
  • Reports any irregular issues or problems to management for resolution.
  • Maintains effective communication with management, colleagues, and external contacts.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provides support to co-workers and other departments upon management request. Requirements/ Must-Have要件:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance-related experience in the U.S. required.
  • Strong Japanese (N1 level) and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite(
Excel/Word:
Advanced level.)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including functions and data aggregation.
  • Must be able to commute to the office and work full‑time as required by the company
  • Must have valid authorization to work in the United States ーThis position does not offer visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with
SAP S/4HANA
is a plus.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
