Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $80,000 to $142,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and review equity related accounting entries, reconciliations, and monthly close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting. Support financial reporting requirements by assisting with regulatory filings, disclosures, and management reporting packages. Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to address accounting, reporting, and compliance matters. Assist with technical accounting research and analysis related to equity transactions and complex accounting topics. Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. 3+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting or public company reporting exposure. Strong knowledge of
U.S. GAAP, SEC
reporting requirements, and public company financial statement preparation. Previous experience with stock based compensation accounting, including ASC 718. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience supporting financial close and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
CPA designation preferred. Prior experience supporting SOX compliance, audit activities, and regulatory reporting requirements. Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and leadership teams. Previous experience with equity administration platforms, reporting software, technology companies, or international reporting requirements. REF #52768 #LI-DD1 #Ind-SFV
