Full-time Job Summary:
Join our team as an Entry-Level Accountant where you will play a crucial role in our financial operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Making invoices Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Utilize your knowledge of debits and credits to maintain balanced books. Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks to streamline financial processes.
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work legally in the U.S. Bilingual in Mandarin and English Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Proven experience in accounting or related field. Proficiency in Quickbooks or similar accounting software. Attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
