Senior Accountant Job in Vista, CA LHH US Vista, CA Job Details $90,000 - $115,000 a year 8 hours ago Benefits Commuter assistance Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Employee assistance program Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Accounting systems Bachelor's degree Full Job Description LHH is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring accurate cost allocation across projects and departments. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP system experience and a solid background in corporate accounting and tax support.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Process and support both AP and AR functions Assist with tax return preparation, including gathering supporting documentation and working with external tax advisors as needed Apply and allocate costs to related jobs/projects accurately and consistently Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and project management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of two years of general accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles ERP system experience required - NetSuite and/or Oracle preferred Experience assisting with tax return preparation Experience with job costing / project cost allocation Strong Excel and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills If you are interested in this Senior Accountant job opportunity in San Diego, CA please apply today or email your resume to evan.blakey@ LHH.com .
