In this vital role, you will manage core accounting functions, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and support compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our financial data, facilitate smooth bookkeeping operations, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to apply their accounting skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Maintain company financial records using QuickBooks Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare and enter journal entries as needed Assist with payroll processing and payroll reporting Track vendor payments and customer invoices Monitor job costing and project-related expenses Prepare monthly financial reports for management Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking Maintain organized financial and accounting files Support year-end reporting and work with external CPA/accountant during tax preparation Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks required Construction or restoration industry experience preferred Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills The Company is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
