Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pmPosition Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting, hands-on experience with NetSuite, and a proven track record managing bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing Record and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper elimination Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiencies Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong experience with NetSuite (preferred) Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles Proven experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and intercompany accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:
