Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including AP, AR, Payroll and general ledger
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations
- Develop and maintain internal control and accounting policies
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and excel
- Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ideally with experience in accounting for architecture, engineering, or similar
