Job Description

Our client is seeking a high-caliber Senior Accountant who wants to do more than close the books. What You'll Own Financial Reporting Prepare and support accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across multiple legal entities. Month-end and year-end close reconciliations, journal entries and accruals Supporting audits and compliance requirements Consolidations & Multi-Entity Accounting Manage accounting across a complex organizational structure, including: Consolidated financial reporting Intercompany accounting and reconciliations Job Costing & Project Analysis Partner with operations and project teams to provide insight into: Job costing accuracy, project profitability analysis, Cost tracking and forecasting Operational performance metrics, Margin and variance reporting Your work will help leadership understand where projects are succeeding and where opportunities exist for improvement. Process Improvement Help elevate the accounting function by: Identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions Strengthening internal controls Improving reporting capabilities Supporting system and process enhancements as the company continues to scale What They Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in accounting required 5-7 years of complex accounting experience, with a strong foundation in GAAP accounting principles Experience with multi-entity accounting environments Consolidation and intercompany accounting experience Job costing or project-based accounting experience preferred Advanced Excel and analytical skills Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operational teams Ideal Background They are especially interested in candidates who began their careers in public accounting and are looking to leverage that technical foundation within a dynamic operating company environment. CPA certification or progress toward certification is highly valued.
Salary:
$95K-105K + bonus potential #
