Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist /
Project Accountant:
Review contracts and project documentation to ensure accurate setup, billing requirements, and customer information. Manage work orders, billing coordination, and project accounting activities while partnering closely with project managers and operations teams. Prepare invoices, payment applications, lien waivers, and supporting billing documentation to ensure timely collections. Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding receivables, and help resolve customer payment discrepancies. Assist with project closeouts, audit support, reporting requests, and additional accounting-related projects as needed. Qualifications for the AR Specialist /
Project Accountant:
3+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, project billing, or related experience. Experience with B2B collections and customer account management. Strong Excel and communication skills with the ability to learn new ERP systems and accounting software. #LI-LJ1 #
