A stable, privately held manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its collaborative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys a variety of responsibilities across general accounting, cash management, reporting, and operational finance while working in a team-oriented environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end close activities.

Manage daily cash activity, bank reconciliations, and cash forecasting.

Support treasury functions and borrowing base reporting.

Process cash applications and reconcile customer payments and deposits.

Assist with payroll accounting and related reconciliations.

Prepare tax filings, audit schedules, and supporting financial documentation.

Analyze accounting transactions and recommend process improvements.

Maintain strong internal controls and document accounting procedures.

Provide backup support for accounts payable and assist with cross-functional accounting activities.
