Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join a growing team based in Castle Rock. This role reports directly to the Controller and plays a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Review month-end journal entries and reconciliationsPrepare complex journal entries with supporting documentationAnalyze financial results and provide insights to leadershipPerform bank reconciliations, cash analysis, and variance reportingSupport budgeting, forecasting, and business planning initiativesManage WIP reporting and job cost accounting functionsAssist with audit preparation and external auditor requestsMentor and support accounting team membersContribute to process improvements and special projectsThis company is growing and offers growth opportunities in the future!
