Pay:
$25-$31 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule:

ASAP This position will provide senior-level accounting and financial support, including month- and year-end closing, financial reporting, audits, account reconciliations, fixed assets, budgeting, grants, purchasing, and payroll support. An ideal candidate for this position would possess the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years of audit-related experience Government accounting experience required Nonprofit accounting experience required Strong knowledge of GAAP, GASB, FASB, and governmental accounting standards, policies, and procedures Experience performing month-end and year-end closing procedures, including complex journal entries and general ledger review Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger account reconciliations and research discrepancies Analyze financial reports for accuracy and communicate findings to management Assist with preparation of monthly and annual financial statements Support annual audits, including preparing workpapers, completing year-end close requirements, meeting audit deadlines, and communicating with external auditors Assist with preparation of Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFR) in accordance with applicable GAAP and GASB requirements Assist with nonprofit financial statements and Form 990 reporting in accordance with FASB requirements Maintain fixed asset accounting records and assist with annual physical inventory Process purchase requisitions and ensure appropriate documentation and compliance with purchasing policies Assist with RFPs, contracts, bids, vendor records, and related documentation Support annual budgeting, grant applications, and grant reporting Assist with E-Rate documentation, forms, and filing requirements Provide payroll support, including batch processing, and serve as a payroll backup as needed Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, as well as Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Access Front Range Staffing offers: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Sick Pay Please submit your resume to for immediate consideration.
