Pay Range:
$1,000-$1,200 per week About the
Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to join our in-office accounting team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting company operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
Perform general ledger and journal entries Reconcile bank and credit card statements Process accounts payable Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare financial reports and support audits as needed Maintain organized and accurate documentation Collaborate with management and vendors to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field required Proficiency in QuickBooks required 2+ years of accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in an office environment
Compensation & Schedule:
$1,000-$1,200 per week, based on experience Full-time, in-office position
