Staff Accountant We're looking for a Staff Accountant to join a growing, collaborative team and support core accounting functions while building a strong foundation for long‑term career growth. Strong mentorship and learning environment Hands‑on experience with real responsibility Exposure to leadership and business operations Opportunity to grow into Senior Accountant responsibilities over time Staff Accountant Responsibilities Lead ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic initiatives Support expansion efforts, capital projects, and operational improvements Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations Support financial reporting and balance sheet maintenance Help ensure expenses and transactions are recorded accurately and timely Partner with accounting and operations teams on day‑to‑day financial activities Assist with audit preparation and internal documentation Contribute to process improvements as the organization continues to scale

Staff Accountant Qualifications Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Preferred:

1-3+ years of accounting experience (public or industry) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Clear communicator who works well in a team Salary Range 70K-80K #LI-LN1 #INMAY2026
