Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Accountant to join our accounting team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting reporting and compliance efforts. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger entries Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting Support audits and tax preparation as needed Identify opportunities for process improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proficient in QuickBooks Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of integrity and accountability Preferred Qualifications Hands-on, positive attitude with a professional and results-driven mindset Strong problem-solving skills and accountability
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$70,000-$80,000 annually (DOE)
