Job Description:
Staff Accountant (Entry-Level Accountant) $65k to $75k annually Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable transactions including invoices, vendor payments, corporate card activity, and weekly check runs Code invoices to job cost and equipment accounts; maintain vendor records and manage lien waivers Support accounts receivable by entering billings, applying customer payments, and assisting with reporting and equipment billing processes Assist with account reconciliations, prepaid schedules, and supporting documentation Provide support for payroll processing, reporting, and labor/equipment updates Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and equipment tracking Contribute to month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting support Assist with ERP data cleanup and organization initiatives Maintain accounting documentation and support audit requests as needed Partner with senior accounting team members on ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Internship experience and/or 1-3 years of accounting experience
Preferred:
