Senior Tax Accountant Join a relationship-focused public accounting firm where you can build meaningful client relationships, work with a strong team, and continue to grow your career. This is an opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working directly with clients and being part of a collaborative, supportive environment. What You'll Do Prepare and review individual, business, partnership, and corporate tax returns Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide responsive tax support Research tax questions and assist with tax planning opportunities Review work prepared by staff and provide guidance and mentorship Assist with client engagements from start to finish Communicate with clients throughout the year and build long-term relationships Stay current on tax law changes and apply them appropriately Contribute to a collaborative team environment and help improve firm processes What We're Looking For 4+ years of public accounting tax experience Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance Experience preparing and/or reviewing business and individual tax returns Strong communication and client relationship skills Ability to work independently while also supporting and mentoring team members Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines Why This Firm?
