Position Description This position applies professional accounting concepts and internal policies and procedures to solve and analyze accounting issues. This position is responsible for the timely preparation and analysis of management and regulatory financial reporting; to include but not limited to the balance sheet, profit and loss statements and other financial and regulatory reporting, including analyzing trends, costs and revenues. Responsibilities Analysis and preparation of daily cash management. Analysis and preparation of financial statements and all supporting schedules. Completion of required regulatory reporting (daily, weekly, quarterly, semiannually, and annually). Conduct monthly analysis on performance as it relates to required regulation, industry and management standards. Recording of accrual journal entries related to fixed assets, prepaid expenses and payroll. Obtains and analyzes financial information to prepare reports, statements and make recommendations. Analysis of general ledger and account reconciliation. Support general ledger maintenance. Support accounting control procedures. May direct and coordinate activities of other accountants and bankers. Compile and analyze data for budget. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Knowledge of a variety of accounting or banking concepts, practices and procedures. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel. Effective oral and written communication skills Strong analytic skills and organizational skills Ability to multitask and the willing to take on new responsibilities when necessary Manage multiple responsibilities while completing deadlines Research, reasoning and problem solving Interpreting, calculating, and creativity Coordinate with, lead, and direct others Commit to a high level of confidentiality Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 3 years of business experience preferred.

Estimated Pay Range:
