What You'll Do Play a critical role in the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency Support SEC reporting, including preparation of financial statements and disclosures Research and apply technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations Partner cross-functionally with multiple departments to align financial reporting with business activity Analyze complex transactions and translate them into clear accounting treatment and documentation Help strengthen internal controls and maintain compliance in a dynamic, evolving environment What You Bring Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Experience with public company reporting or readiness to step into that environment A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-moving priorities Strong communication skills—you can explain complex accounting concepts to non-finance teams Curiosity and a desire to understand how the business operates beyond the numbers What Our Client Is Looking For Someone who is detail-oriented but sees the bigger picture A collaborator who enjoys working across teams, not just within finance A problem-solver who brings ideas, not just answers A professional who's excited by the intersection of technology, media, and data
