Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Support month end close activities by preparing journal entries completing reconciliations and assisting with financial reporting. Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations while maintaining fixed asset records and general ledger accuracy. Manage inventory reconciliations and assist with work in process accounting and accruals in high volume operations. Analyze cost of goods sold and related drivers to provide insight into financial and operational performance. Partner with leadership to improve reporting processes enhance systems and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements:

A Bachelor degree in accounting finance or a related field preferred. 7+ years of hands on accounting experience in a dynamic environment. Demonstrate strong experience with general ledger reconciliations journal entries and close processes. Possess exposure to inventory accounting and project related or in process accounting concepts. Use Excel at an advanced level and work effectively with enterprise systems and large data sets.

Qualifications:

Analyze financial data thoroughly to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions. Adapt to process improvements and system changes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization. Provide insights into forecasting cost performance and financial trends.
